It would be cheaper to get a used hatch from a junk yard. Any hatch from an 82-85 celica or 82-86 supra will fit.
You can hack off the rusted out area, weld on a new piece of metal, then prime and paint. But even if you can doo all of that yourself it should still be cheaper to get the used hatch.
And a rewelded hatch will never look as perfect as a stock hatch.
