Re: head gasket problems(HELP)

Did you get the block milled too? If the block is warped or damaged then a perfect head will still leak. A felpro gasket should be more than enough for any naturaly asperated engine. If you ever throw a turbo on there, then you will need a metal head gasket.
If you havent had the block milled try that. If it still doesnt work you should probably have the entire setup taken to the machine shop and have them look your entire engine over. Also try calling LC and see if they can help. They may do something to their coolant passages that I dont know about. Try posting this question to the old celica club mailing list (www.celicas.org). They can figure anything out.
Yet another thing to keep in mind if you mill the head a lot you will need to remachine a couple oil and/or coolant passages.
