I believe your truck has the same clutch system as the celicas, which is hydraulic. Is there a small clutch reservoir to the right of your master cylinder? Check to make sure there's fluid in it. If not, fill it, and bleed it with the slave cylinder valve right past your starter. If there IS liquid, I'd check to make sure the clutch line isn't blocked. If that's fine, then I'd have a transmission place take the bellhousing off, and check out your clutch itself.
