Darrel, The arm underneath is moved by the slave cylinder which is bolted to the bellhousing. Your fluid line is attached to it. If the oring is bad on the plunger, fluid will just go past without moving it. Replace the slave cylinder, probably around 15-30 bucks. FYI you clutch probably stuck to flywheel, but it sounds like you got it free.
