Car its not level??

Hi guys i just cant fix this problem in my car,about a month ago i had a flat and i left my Special jack at home and since my car its so low once i had the flat the car was almost on the ground an i could not use my regular jack to change the tire so i had to put it in anywhere i could and that lace was the front strut bar(the aligment bar)cause nothing else was strong enough,i did it knowing somethig bad could happen to the suspension but i was stock in a bad spot in the freeway so i did it any way,so since then my car looks about an inch higher on that side i used to have a wheel gap of 1inch on each side now is two in one side,my question is can this bar be the problem,to me this bar only aligns the wheels and thats it how can this be affecting the car not been level,please guys any input will be great,thank you.
