I don't really care about laws®ulations i've got a good technician to do my carb tuning i'm going to swap heads and bolt back the catalytic converter when smog time comes around.all that's gonna change is my top my bottom end will remain the same. the rims are 13x7 by design i'm not going for the lowrider look, ever seen an 85-86 corolla gt-s with a setup like that it looks clean.because i've got a gt-s celica it will look good with the fender flare. i don't know where u live but out here in california it's just another car. unless u have a desent setup then u can turn heads and whup ass!!!
