Needs to be Spanked

I own a 85 Toyo Celica GTS I have recently put alot of high performance parts on it. And some other long winded stuff as well...including a 2.3 liter Turbo kit off of a WRX with a custom header of coarse....Heres my dilema My rivalin the street racing scene is none other than a saab 9000 turbo....With a $600 dollar custom chip upgrade giving him another 40 hp and after market turbo spooled out to about 26 psi ( Is Nuts I Know) Any ways Celica fan who thinks I have a chance in Hell to beat this foe....Please respond
