Yes, but it will be a hell of a lot of money. 26psi is nuts.
Do you have an intercooler? Get a bigger one. T3/T4 hybrid turbo in known to be bad ass. What kind of compression are you running? Have you bored out the cylinders? What size fuel injectors? Have you had your head worked, allot? Are you running aftermarket ignition? etc. etc. etc.
GaryM has an 83 Turbo Celica that runs over 350hp. But once you get that much power it starts getting hard to put it to the ground.
