According to a 1983 Road & Track test of a notchback GT-S top speed is 105. I've had mine up to an indicated 115, but I think it is more like 110. Everytime I come upon a speed radar (to let you know how fast you're driving in a residential neighborhood) the radar shows 5 MPH lower than what my speedometer indicates. My 84 GT-S is mildy modified.
