Header wrap causes headers to fail? What do you mean by fail? like create a exhaust leak or something? I've heard only good about header wrap and it surprises me to find out header wrap does bad.

So I should stay with normal spark plugs and just buy a good ignition coil? what kind of spark plugs do you suggest?
