My '83 GT Coupe

I love this car! I bought it last February (a California car with NO rust!). It's a beautiful glossy black with dark blue interior. I want to do a lot to it mod wise but am unsure where to start. What could you suggest I do for some low cost (or free even) tune-ups to my 22R-EC engine? And have any of you lowered your Celi's?
