Yep, it has an adapter on the input side.  The adapter is there because there is a rubber hose that attaches to it that leads to the air cleaner box.  The adapter is 3", which is exactly the size of most cone filters.  You don't need to pickup this hose though, it's the hose that goes between AFM and the throttle body that you'll need.  Cut your hose some and then shove your hose inside the supra hose (a couple of inches at least), seal with some gasket sealer and you're on your way!

If you choose to use your stock air cleaner, then you'll take the adapter off.  Don't toss it though, you'll probably eventually go with a cone and you'll need the adapter then...
