It has been doen many times. I know it is a direct swap, but it should also require a little drilling. I am not sure if you need the third mount but I would swap the whole thing over.

Even easier yet, the hatch is a direct and perfect swap. Just four bolts and the plugs/struts. Just swap the whole thing.

I have been wanting to get a supra hatch with the lower spoiler to replace my hatch that has a rust hole.
