The wheel well rust isn't usualy that big of a job. Other than my hatch, that is the only place with a rust hole (about ~1cm hole). Just have to cut it out and weld in some new sheet metal. Then seal the out side of the wheel well with somthing.
I haven't seen it but from the sounds of it the side rust you speak of is a BIG job. That will require some work. I don't know how much it will cost, but it will be a bit.
