electrical question

Ok, so I was doing some pretty up work on celica, and I had to disconnect the battery. I finished and hooked up the battery. Two things happened, at first my car seemed slugish, this went away after driving for awile, but the door locks are still jacking up. It somewhat went away but sometimes they will just activate, and sometimes when I hit the button they wont work, or will stop working if I hit them a couple of times. ??????????
