I have a 85 GTS and have had a similar problem with my ac when in idle, I have adjusted my ac idle screw, my ac sensor under the glove box, replaced my ac idle switch (located right on top my valve cover), had freon added and leaks repaired, and checked my vacuums but it still acts funny after alot of stop and go. The system works great on interstate but if anyone knows how to make it cool while when idling PLEASE let me know.
