Koni shocks??

I want to replace my old shocks,right now i have kyb adjustables but one of them is not good any more,i found a site that has some konis but they claim they are adjustable but the price seems to me tobe to low to be the good konis,what do you think steve heres the url http://www.classicgarage.com/classicgarage/86-1991s.html
