I have an 83 Celica GT Coupe that had drum brakes in the rear (Solid Rear Axle). When the Axle bearing, and seal went, I went to the yard, and found a 79 Supra with a S.R.A., and disc brakes. Everything bolts right up, and I had it out of the car in about half an hour, with hand tools. The only problem I've encountered so far, is that I can't hook up the parking brake cables, and will probably have to do some modifications to make them work right, since there were no solid rear axle, disc brake celicas made after 82.
