Forum Updgrade

After coming to this forum more than once everyday I've found any little things here and there that would make this forum much better/eaisyer. Such as User accounds so you dont hav to type your name/e-mail everytime. and so you can have information/pics in your profile. a Search option. and catigories.

I've thought about making a forum like that all the time but i know no one would use it because its too new.

If i made a forum like that would you guys use it? I mean, i dont want to steal everyone away from Steven's forum/site... but he never updates it anymore and this forum needs help. Maybe if i can contact him he will let me make him a forum and he can just replace it with this one.
