I'm sure it could be done, but why?
The Celica is a much heavier car than the Corolla and being that the 4AGE(even the 20V) is only 1.6L engine.
A better choice would be a 3SG(T)E engine, 5M-GE or even a 1G-GTE engine if fot some reason you do not like the 22re engine you have now.
