Head cracked???

as some know I was swappin blocks.....and I did it.....and new gaskets all around.....torqued the head on to the right ft.lbs and junk.....and theres still coolant/oil mixing!!! its like blowing right through...making my dipstick shoot out!!!!! any thoughts?
