The tree thing is abad angle to use, they would turn it around on you as defacing school property. But, using what is perceived as and what isnt perceived as a firearm in the student handbook, is a good angle. Dunno of any lawyers around here tho, sry bro, i think ull graduate tho, there is no way that they will stop u from graduating because you had a non lethal item on you. I had the same problem back in junior high those many years back, they didnt do shit to me, and i just explained myself that it was no lethal, and had done no harm to anyone anything, at any time.
