you got a bad voltage regulator try getting with toyota and getting one if your into rebuiling them i had the same problem i just bought zaa new one with lifetime warrenty at autozone for 89.99
u may want to check your fusable links as well they could be damage theyre in the underhood fusebox if they are bad go to toyota for some
