Thanks for the suggestions,
I should have mentioned what I have done so far.
1. Replaced the fuel filter and pump about 4 months ago. It was doing this before I changed either.
2. Changed the plugs at roughly the same time.
3. Just changed the plugs wires, cap and rotor about 2 months ago.
I was leaning towards some sensor because it doesn't do it really at all when it's warm outside. It only really does it when the air outside is cool.
