Got hit

Well i just got hit by a guy who ran a red light. He tore in to my dravers side front bumper. Now the car wont turn over and start. Im pretty sure he messed up a tie rod or some thing becaue it is not riding very well. So does anybody have any advice on what to do...or where I can find a 22re of 5mge engine. I just not sure what to do now..
