From what I have heard it is impossible to fit a 5M-GE or a 7M without cutting the firewall back. The engine compartment in the supras is a little bigger. This inline six is a very long engine.
So it is 'possible' but the chassis mods required to make it work would cost a LOT of money, time, effort. Probably cheaper to go buy a supra. :)
