Differential Swap

I have a 85 Toyota Celica GT-S Convertible, 5-Speed. The Rear End is making a lot of noise as speed increases. I want to know if I can swap my differential with that of a 1985 Toyota Supra (Manual Transmission). Will my old axles work on the Toyota Supra as well? Please reply with any suggestion. Thank you.
