I take it the car didn't shake before the tune up?
If it did then this a fairly common suspension problem. Replaceing the shocks/struts, springs and giving the car a four wheel alignment should fix it.
If this just started happening after the tune up then you made an error on the tune up.
Is you car fuel injected or carb?
Without knowing the only thing I can think of off hand is maybe you set the valve lash wrong. I would go over *everything* you touched during the tune up and recheck the values, nuts, bolts, torque, etc. and make sure everything is to spec.
