4AGE idel problems

I know this isnt for my RA64, but my AE86 needs help and the guys at club4ag dont have a clue as to whats wrong.

I dropped my clutch on my AE86 at 6,000 RPMs to test its LSD. after that its been ideling at 3000-3400 rpms.

Trust me, this same question went through Club4AG... ive tried everything i know and everything they suggested was basically stuff i already thought of.

The idel screw is tightend all the way off and all the vacuum lines are just as they were, nothing popped off, and i dont think theres a system on the engine that would bump the idel up so high anyways

If anyone has or knows whats wrong, please help out.
