new celica

i recently got me a "new" 83 celica gts, at a great deal to $100 of course i need to rebuild most of the engine and i am also in the middle of replacing most of the interior and wiring. well to the point, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what i could do while it's still in pieces, as well as for a low cost cause i dont have much. also i had a question for the owner of the site about the air intake modification on his car. what kind of difference has it made and how hard was the install?
