Not much you can do on a budget. Also, the majority of those on this forum have done the open element air filter mod. It helps your engine breathe better, it will help ur accelleration slightly as well, because the engine doesnt have to strugle to get air. It was quite an easy install, jsut take out the old box, and put on the new adapter, slap on the filter, and bend one of the brackets that hold on the dust catch on the original filter to use as a bracker for the AFM in its new state.
