1983 Celica GT(-S?)

My son is getting an '83 GT. the seller says it is an '83.5, that is why it has the Supra look. True? Also, the car is incredibly clean for an '83(original owner, with a stack of maintenance records). He bought it for $2,200, which seems high to me. Your thoghts, please! P.S. Has a power moonroof, but air is not working(seller says it only needs a condenser, and supplied it) Thanks. Also, you can e-mail me with a reply if you want to.
