Thanks for the info on the seat belts. I rode with him just today, and was thinking that the belt wasn't very safe(and a pain in the butt by not retracting). Glad to hear about the recall. The seller had a packet of receipts, including the original window sticker showing the IRS, and it has the flares and rims. Thanks to all for the input!! Will most likely have more questions. You guys(gals) are great!!!
