you could even flush the engine with a 10 min oilflush for 15-20 min to really clear some funk out of your engine that might would kill the oil stoping up your oilsending unit allthough i woudnt use a low viscocity oil in the proces like 5w-30 at least a 10w40 or 20w-50 cause the flush will thin the oil out
