Be ready to cut lots of metal. Also, better have some serious welding skill or know somone who does.
You will have lots of work getting that motor into a celica. The weight will also throw off the balance so it won't handle as well.
I don't know all of the little details that will be a problem but I can tell you with a V8 engine -every- little detail will be a problem. After you shoehorn it in there you will have to relocate just about everything, you will need a different (bigger) radiator, ECU, new exhaust, probably want the tranny that came with the engine (maybe?). Figure out how to re-install the steering rack. Etc, etc, etc, then the little details, like where to mount the heater core when the engine is sitting several inches in the cab (That is what you want with a heavy engine), getting different gauges because the stock tach wont read an 8cyl, etc, etc, etc.
I am not trying to discourage you, actualy I would love to see this swap done. I just want you to know what your getting youself into. This swap will be no small/fast project. That is why there are no V8s on my recommended engine swaps page. I really think you would get a better overall car with the V6.
