You can get struts anywhere. A few brands I would recommend are Koni, KYB and Tokico. You can get all of these at CAP, but IIRC ClassicGarage.com, has a better deal on konis. Also try your local tire/suspension shops, lots of them will be retailers.

You lower these cars be replacing the stock spring with a shorter spring. See the suspension for more.

You can get stock springs from a couple auto parts stores, NAPA comes to mind. But for lower springs you now have to get them custom made. Try CSS for these.
