YOU'RE DEFINITELY gonna BURN a valve with clearance set that tight. Especially the exhaust side. Set all the clearances back to stock specs. immediately which are .008 intake and .012 exhaust. I bet that has something to do with your noise. Having clearances that tight doesn't allow the valves to transfer heat to the head since they aren't seated for very long. BAD!
