My car its got the shakes??

I have an 85 gt 22re and i have not driven the car since december(but i try to at least warmed up every 2 weeks)but im getting my license back at the end of this month and this time i went to warm up my car and it ran funny and stars missing and little b little starts diying and stops,what its going on????
