86 Celica engine

I have a 86 Celica with a 2S-E engine which is bad. In 86 Toyota used the 2S-E and the 3S-GE. I found a 3S-FE in a 87 Camery does anyone know if this will fit? I read that the 87 Camery engines will interchange I'd appriciate any help. Thanks Jeff
