An M series motor *does* fit in the front of a celica. custom motor mounts are needed, to lower the engine to the proper height and location. the rad has to be moved to infront of the crossmember, no biggie.
remember, an elec fan can always be put on the *front* of a rad.

if you are going to bother stealing a brand new rare motor, steal a programmable ecu. the ecu might be monitoring the cars functions too.. dual o2s etc, etc, etc that may not come standard wtih your celica.

you are going all out custom. universal joints, custom mounts, and an immediate drop outta the firewall, then down to the rack.. other things to think about might be a manual rack..

the *big* thing is the x member and the oil pan sump. a custom pan might be needed like said.. or you may have to move the xmember forward/back to accomodate a different sump location

toyota made 'deeper' and 'smaller' boosters. swap around. err shop around

just move everything off the front of the car. battery, ps pump, bumper, etc, etc, etc
