Egr valve$$$$$

Does any body know if it is posible to get the egr valve off the engine for good,can this be done whith out messing up how the engine works and doi dont care about emisions cause i all ready dont pass cause to the places i go to have it done no body wants to doit cause all the stuff that i have under the hood(msd coil & wires my cold air ram air kit etc)they just look at me and say that i have to put all the original stuff back in so i went to some mechanic and paid him $130.00 to "MAKE IT PASS" and it did,so can you guys let me know how or if its posible to get all this little expensive part off my engine,thank you.
