While scent you have good spark to all plugs, than it is either fuel injectors or valve problem. This works very well: pour some gas down into the intaske manifold, with the car off try to start the car, if it is gas problem than the car should start up very easily and run(smoothly) for a coupe of sseconds and die. If the car is aready running , than it should smooth out to a nice idle. BUT, be very CAREFUL with the gasoline. Remember that fuel injectors do not store well, meaning if a injector sit for a long time without firing it will size. To me it sounds like it is a fuel problem: you can have all four injectors clean by someone that clean injector(like RC Enginerring.com, but locally), or you can spend the money and buy new injectors, if you go this way than the Celicas stock injector size is 200CCs, you can run upto a 250CC injector with some AFM tuning, which would give better top end power, without hurting your MPG to much. The reason you would need to have all four injector cleaned and balanced so that they all fire the sam amount of few so each piston would be getting the exactly the same amounth of fuel, causing you idle to be silkly smooth and not lope.
I hope you find the problem soon.
