Supra fenders are a different shape/size. Check out my supra engine swaps page for the example. The wheels in the supra are further forward than the celica. The fenders would be usless and/or ugly without the whole front end anyway. Again see the page listed above.

There is allot of room for an intercooler in the celica. GaryM has a massive turbo setup on his 83 GTS. Pushing 350+ HP.
