dude: just pull off the vac hose, put a ball bearing in the hose that wont pass through any of the nipples and put it back on the vavle. the valve will never open again cause it doesnt get the vaccum. looks completly stock, unless you use a huge ball bearing.
other option: cap it off with a screw into the thermo-vac switch and then either leave it like that, or run some old vac hose to the valve so it looks like it does stuff.
