This is a aftermarket sunroof right?
And you have a GT Celica with no sunroof/Moonroof right.
Yes it can be done, but the cost factor maybe just as high as if you bought a band new sunroff and had it installed.
If you car already had a sunroof/Moonroof from the factory then things could get very complex. The Toyota Moonroof are of good size while most aftermarket ones I've seen are much smaller.
