YES
But why? Any rim that fits the AE-86 will fit the 82-85 Celcias. You can try the AE-86 Club, I used to have the web address but have lost it.
There are a few company out there that will make Custom Rim with any Spec you need/want, they tend start @$200per wheel and up.
