Steve,

Thanks for input.  I was thinking along the same track, and think my first mod will be to open up the intake with a better flowing air cleaner.  It appears that that is the fastest and cheapest mod to execute.

I have a question for you though about the Thorley header.  On the Thorley web site it doesn't list the '82 to '85 Celicas as being supported by any of their models.  Since it seems that the Thorley Tri-Y is the popular mod, which one is everyone buying for the RA65's with the IRS?
