fuel pump replacement??

After thinking thatt the problem was my egr valve today it got worse(i think)cause i think all the shacking and going off by itself was the fuel pump fault cause today i turn the engine on and it was not shakin any more,then i tunr it off and started shaking again(real bad)so i turn the thing off an try to started a 3rd time and this time started like never before sounded real low(lower than not presing the gas pedal)and it stayed like that no matter if i pressed the gas pedal or not and then it died for good,so the first thing i did was to check the fuses ,all good and i notice no more humming from the back(fuel pump)so i took the filter off and started my car and not a drop of fuel,guys let me know of anything i should know about replacing the fuel punp in my celi,thank you.
