Oh, a manual, sorry I am too used to my power mirrors.
This -may- be fixable. But you would probably have to solder and/or glue the parts that broke (inside the mirror housing). And it will be a serious hassle. I would still recomment just going to a junk yard and find a replacement. They should only charge you ~$5 for the whole mirror. And the result will be stronger.
