90 5S-FE won't START!

Ok my car was driving perfect the night before, and i go to start it in the morning, and it doesn't start.  It turns over fine, it just doens't fire up.  My EFI 15A fuse was blown, so i replaced that, and it blew again when i tried to start the car.  I put a 30A in it, and it hasn't blown yet.

Even if a o2 sensor was grounding out, shouldn't my car still start?  I'm going to test the fuel pump tomorrow after school, but the night before, it was running fine.  The only thing i noticed was i went to start the car, and i had to turn the key twice to start it.  the first time it started, but not really...   and i turned it again, and it fired up just fine.

ANyone have any ideas?  I don't want to take it to a dealer cause i have no $$.  i'm going to school.
